Abdiel Douglas serves as Panama’s Lead Negotiator on climate finance and is one of the principal negotiators for the Independent Association of Latin America and the Caribbean (AILAC) within the UNFCCC negotiations. He currently works as a Sustainable Finance Specialist at UNEP-FI, where he supports the development of sustainable finance frameworks aligned with national climate priorities. She has a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut, and her PhD in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering from Beirut Arab University Dibbieh. For the past 16 years she has been working in Lebanon and the Arab Gulf in the field of structural design, project management and execution. She is an Assistant Professor at Beirut Arab University, Lebanon. She is lecturer in Structural engineering software, and project management trainer at the Engineering Order in Tripoli, and the ongoing training center at Beirut Arab University. Engr. Dr. Precious Okhionkpamwunyi Ehiomogue is a distinguished Nigerian academic and engineer specializing in soil and water engineering. Born on December 3, 1986, in Auchi, Edo State, he hails from Ovia-North-East Local Government Area. A married father of three children, Dr. Ehiomogue is a Nigerian citizen committed to advancing agricultural sustainability through education, research, and community service. He pursued a rigorous academic path, earning his First School Leaving Certificate in 1996 and West African Examination Council certificate in 2000. He obtained an Ordinary National Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Auchi Polytechnic in 2004, followed by a B.Eng. (Second Class Upper Honours) in Agricultural and Bio-Resources Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, in 2011. His postgraduate studies included an MSc in Land Reclamation and Restoration from Cranfield University, United Kingdom, in 2015; an M.Eng. in Soil and Water Conservation from the University of Uyo in 2019; and a PhD in Soil and Water Engineering from the same institution in 2024. Dr. Ehiomogue's professional career began with his National Youth Service Corps at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) in 2011-2012, where he served as a Graduate Assistant from 2012-2015. He advanced through the ranks at MOUAU, becoming Lecturer II (2015-2018), Lecturer I (2018-2024), and Senior Lecturer (2024-2025).
